This is a Papa Roxy Swivel Lounge Chair, originally designed by Milo Baughman in 1965. These particular examples were produced by Thayer Coggin in the United States in 2019. The design features a maple veneer base, which offers a unique swivel-tilt mechanism, and a frame and seat upholstered in varying orange fabrics.
