The book entitled ''RISE: In every tribulation, there is a blessing'', addresses content on Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience and Psychology. It is essentially a Coaching Model for Personal Development for teenagers, young people and adults, which will open the doors to the individual's inner power, support them in their personal and professional development and improve mental health. In this book, the author explains through the scientific knowledge acquired and her testimony of overcoming, how the problems and circumstances of life, we face in various areas of life, cause damage to mental health through depression crisis, anxiety crisis, negative thoughts and consequently contribute to the increase in the level of various physical diseases such as thrombosis, self-sabotage that is characterized by the excessive consumption of drugs and other psychoactive substances, which in turn lead to decision-making such as the act of suicide, homicide.The author addresses the impact that these problems cause in various social aspects, that is, in the Personal sphere, causing mental and physical illnesses, self-sabotage, suicide, homicide; in the Business sphere, negatively influencing the productivity of employees and consequently causing low performance or profitability of the Company, low level of sales or production; in the Family sphere, high level of suicide among adolescents and young people, conflicts between families, wars, separations or destruction of homes, and which in turn affect the education of children by parents or caregivers of children, as they are parents who do not have the mental and emotional health to give love to their children and lead them throughout their growth.In this book, the author shares a positive approach to facing problems based on knowledge from Neuroscience that explains how the emotional brain (the Limbic System) works, and presents strategies for overcoming it through a Coaching Model.
